Last Week, Donyue Machinery Group confirmed its participation in PMMHF 2015(Booth No. T41) and will present attendees their newly developed integrated building system, made of ALC (Autoclaced Lightweight aerated Concrete). Visitors who interests in light weight precast buildings might pay a visit to Dongyue’s booth.

ALC is short for Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete, a kind of porous silicate product, with silica, sand, cement, lime, and gypsum as the raw materials, and aluminum powder as the foaming agent, made through a series of construction process (measuring, rebar inserting, foaming and cutting), then autoclaved under great heat and high pressure. It is different from the traditional aerated, concrete made out of fly ashes.
