Besides Guangdong Province, other big cities with economic importance like Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, and etc are also catching up fast.
Beijing: by 2020 prefabricated constructions should account for 30% new buildings.
Shanghai: during the 13th five-year plan, the prefabricated rate of every new building should be no less than 40%.
Tianjing: from 2021-2025, all new projects built on state-owned building lots should be prefabricated, if the conditions permit.
Chongqing: by 2020, the prefabrication rate of each new building should be no less than 20% , and no less than 30% for 2025.
