Up to now, oversea buyers of the 4th China Prefab House Fair post an increase of 35% year on year, with number of foreign buyers reaching 568, and we expect this number to exceed 1500 when show open on May 12.

According to statistics, visitors from 65 countries will be present on 2014’s event and mainly 60% of them come from Asia pacific coutnries and regions. Like usual, Astralian visitors, take up 29% of the total, are most abundant, followed by visitors from the United States, India.

Demands from foreign buyers obviously fall into two categories, machinery purchasing needs from developing countries like India, Romania & Pakistan etc. and manufactuers wanted from developed countried such as Australia, USA, and New Zealand, typically are looking for modular home manufacturers to build house for their real estate projects or campus for mining or holidays.
