The 16th China Prefab House, Modular Building, Mobile House & Space Fair (PMMHF 2026), as a co-located thematic exhibition area of the 18th Asia Housing Expo, successfully concluded in Guangzhou on May 10, 2026. Held concurrently with Asia Housing Expo, this edition shared the full platform core resources of Asia Housing Expo: total exhibition area of 25,000 sqm, nearly 400 exhibitors, 82,000 professional visitors, 30% international buyers, covering 114 countries and regions, with total intended transaction volume exceeding 78 billion yuan. The prefabricated house exhibition area enjoyed strong on-site popularity, and exhibitors generally reported fruitful results.
International procurement became a prominent highlight of this edition. Relying on the international procurement groups invited by Asia Housing Expo, multiple procurement groups from Russia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe visited the expo for centralized procurement, covering construction general contractors, real estate developers, cultural tourism investors, building materials distributors, government procurement agencies and other groups. Among them, modular hotels, space capsule homestays, and container resettlement houses received the most attention, and the number of international customers received by relevant exhibitors increased significantly year-on-year.
Many exhibitors said that relying on the large platform of Asia Housing Expo, the quality and accuracy of buyers at PMMHF exceeded expectations, and many exhibitors reached preliminary cooperation intentions with overseas customers on site.
