On May 8, 2026, themed "Green Prefabrication, Intelligent Manufacturing for the Future, Connecting the World", the 2026 Asia International Housing Industry Expo, China (Guangzhou) International Exhibition for Steel Construction & Metal Building Materials, and GBA Exhibition for Green Building Materials, Prefabricated Construction and Intelligent Construction grandly opened at the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou. Two Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation led a high-level delegation to attend the event, joining Chinese and foreign guests to kick off the grand exhibition.
Held concurrently, the three expos feature highly concentrated resources with a total exhibition area of 25,000 square meters, gathering nearly 400 leading brands in the industry. The number of professional visitors exceeded 31,000 on the first day. Elites from the global construction industry gathered in Guangzhou to draw a new blueprint for the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings, the steel structure industry, and green building materials.
