On May 10, 2026, the three-day 2026 Asia Housing Industry Expo, 15th China (Guangzhou) International Exhibition for Steel Constructi
The 18th China International Integrated Housing Industry & Building Industrialization Expo, the 15th China (Guangzhou) International Exhibition for Steel Construction & Metal Building Materials, and the 5th GBA Exhibition for Green Building Materials, Prefabricated Construction and Intelligent Construction were successfully held from May 8 to 10, 2026 at the Poly World Trade Center Expo, Guangzhou.
High-Level International Participation & Strategic Cooperation
A Russian official delegation led by two deputy ministers of the Russian Ministry of Construction participated in the opening ceremony, exhibition tour, matchmaking meetings and signing ceremonies, holding high-level talks with Chinese housing authorities, industry associations and leading enterprises.

- Guangdong Hongwei International Exhibition Group and the Russian National Association of Builders
- Guangdong Steel Structure Association and the Russian National Association of Builders

The Guangxi-Guangdong-Fujian-Hunan Green Building Materials Promotion and Application Database was officially launched, creating a national-leading cross-regional mutual recognition platform to break provincial market barriers and promote the integration of the national green building materials market.

More than 160 new technologies, products, equipment and systems were unveiled, covering modular construction, steel structure processing, green panels, integrated housing, intelligent equipment and prefabricated decoration.
Global Market Expansion
Official procurement delegations from Russia and Saudi Arabia released large-scale procurement lists, focusing on green building materials, steel structures, modular buildings and prefabricated components. The Sino-Russian cooperation pact opens a stable channel for Chinese construction enterprises to enter the Russian and Eastern European markets, while Saudi procurement promotes modular building projects in the Middle East.
Regional Synergy
Deep collaboration among Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian and Hunan provinces accelerated the formation of an integrated regional market. Professional delegations from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area promoted the integration of the entire industrial chain, strengthening Guangzhou’s core role as a hub of the bay area construction industry.
