With the recovery of domestic cultural tourism industry and the rise of new formats such as micro-vacation and wild luxury travel, modular cultural tourism accommodation products are experiencing explosive growth. Products such as space capsules, mobile homestays, and container hotels have become popular choices for scenic spots, camps, and rural tourism projects due to their short construction cycle, mobility, no construction land index occupation, and unique shapes. A large number of internet-famous projects have become popular thanks to their characteristic modular accommodation.

Space capsule homestays in many popular scenic spots in China have become traffic hits: 30 space capsule homestays in a mountain camp in Zhejiang ranked first in the local homestay popularity list within 3 months of opening, with a weekend occupancy rate of 100% for a long time, and annual revenue per unit exceeding 300,000 yuan; a modular wild luxury hotel in a plateau scenic spot in Sichuan was completed in only 2 months, 80% shorter than traditional civil construction, and became an internet-famous check-in spot immediately after opening.

Overseas markets are also in strong demand: all 3,000 sets of modular hotel orders for Saudi Arabia's NEOM New City adopt Chinese prefabricated building products, with a total amount of over 1 billion yuan; island resorts in Southeast Asia have purchased a large number of Chinese-made mobile homestays to quickly fill the accommodation gap. Industry insiders predict that the domestic modular cultural tourism accommodation market size will exceed 30 billion yuan in 2027, becoming the fastest growing segment in the prefabricated building industry.
