Leading prefabricated building enterprises in China have taken the lead in completing intelligent factory upgrades: a digital production base built by a Guangdong modular building enterprise has introduced intelligent welding robots, automated production lines, and BIM full-process management systems, increasing production efficiency by 50%, controlling component errors within 2 mm, and reducing labor costs by 40%; a Jiangsu prefabricated component enterprise has realized full-process digital twin from design, production to construction, shortening project delivery cycle by 30% and reducing quality problems by 80%.
At present, there are 24 intelligent construction pilot cities nationwide, planning to build more than 100 intelligent construction demonstration projects.
