REVIEW OF PMMHF 2025

From May 8-10, 2025, PMMHF 2025 opened with the theme of "Green Prefabrication, Smart Future". This exhibition focused on green prefabricated houses, modular integrated construction, intelligent construction and new building industrialization, integrated design and digital information technology, steel/precast concrete components, prefabricated parts, green building materials and prefabricated decoration and other key technologies and products. It integrates prefabricated buildings, green buildings, smart cities, digital technology, outdoor furniture and other application fields. PMMHF has received the attention and cooperation negotiation from professional visitors at home and abroad.

Strolling through the exhibition hall, the cutting-edge achievements in the residential industry, such as green prefabrication, technological intelligent manufacturing, and digital design, are showcased in a splendid array: Green prefabricated houses, leveraging eco-friendly materials and efficient construction technologies, have significantly shortened the construction cycle; MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) buildings enable flexible space combinations to meet diverse needs in cultural tourism, commerce, self-built housing, and other fields; Whole-house intelligent systems, photovoltaic energy-saving equipment, and five-constant (constant temperature, humidity, cleanliness, air velocity, and noise level) mechanical and electrical systems have enhanced the "core technology content" of residential buildings; The iterative upgrading of green building materials has made buildings more energy-efficient and comfortable; Integrated design and BIM technology have realized precise and creative design, while digital management covers the entire controllable process of construction...

Review of Concurrent Activities

To implement the strategic deployment of the Municipal Party Committee to accelerate the construction of the "12218" modern industrial system and promote the in-depth integration of intelligent construction and building industrialization, nearly 10 high-end forums and activities were held concurrently with this 3-day exhibition.

The conferences brought together multiple forces from government, enterprises, academia, and research institutions, focusing on cutting-edge industry technologies and the implementation of policies. Experts and scholars from renowned universities such as South China University of Technology and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, government leaders, representatives of industry associations, enterprise representatives, and research institution representatives gathered to jointly discuss the development trends and future directions of the intelligent construction and industrialized building industry.

Representatives of participating enterprises spoke highly of the conferences, believing that the content of the conferences "has both policy height and practical operational value". They gained important insights especially in aspects such as modular building quality acceptance standards and data intercommunication in intelligent construction.
