During the 13th Five Year Plan, the Central Government and State Council have been stressing on promoting green buildings and environmental friendly building materials. 

 

Guangdong Provincial Urban Work Conference held in June, 2016 makes claims of developing new construction mode and fully promoting prefabricated buildings, which is of national significance. The conference outlined that by 2025, 30% of prefabricated buildings is expected to achieve for better promotion of the urban building standard. 

 

Governments in Beijing and Shanghai have outlined relevant policies to speed up the development of prefabricated house. For instance, as early as in 2011, Beijing has implemented papers to attract real estate companies into the project with incentives and financial bonus; Shanghai has clearly ruled out the prefabricated house as a rigid index. 

 

With several years of development and expansion, there is no doubt that the prefabricated housing industry in China is being more and more prosperous and it is bound to be more and more profitable.

 

Applications of Chinese Prefabricated House 

With the full support by the governments, an increasing number of cities are advocating the prefabricated house industry and putting the advanced technology into practice all the time. 

 

Shenzhen
